For the woman who is tired of overthinking every decision, snapping at her kids, feeling disconnected from her husband, and wondering why she can’t seem to relax into a life she knows she should be enjoying.
For the woman who is tired of overthinking every decision, snapping at her kids, feeling disconnected from her husband, and wondering why she can’t seem to relax into a life she knows she should be enjoying.

You have the marriage, the kids, the career, the home, the life you once dreamed of. And you are grateful for it.
So why are you so tired?
Why are you snapping at the people you love, waking up already thinking about everything that needs to get done, and ending another day wondering where you went in the middle of all of it?
Maybe you tell yourself it’s just this season. Things will settle down after the kids get older. After this project. After the holidays. After I get back into a routine.
So you do what you’ve always done: you try harder.
You make a new plan. You recommit to the workout. You clean up your diet. You listen to something inspiring. You promise yourself you’ll put your phone down, be more present, stop yelling, have more sex, get to bed earlier, finally make time for yourself.
And for a little while, maybe it even works.
Until eventually, you find yourself right back here again. Tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, asking questions you don't really want to ask:
Why am I like this?
Is this just who I am now?
YOU'VE SPENT SO LONG BEING THE ONE WHO CAN HANDLE IT.
It didn't happen overnight. It happened one small choice at a time. One postponed dream. One ignored gut feeling. One “I'll take care of myself later.”
You got really good at being the person everyone could count on. You learned to read the room, anticipate what everyone needed, keep things moving, and make it all work. And because you could handle so much, you did.
Until taking care of everyone else became second nature and listening to yourself became something you'd get back to... someday.
MORE THAN CHECKING BOXES, MANAGING SCHEDULES, AND MAKING IT THROUGH ANOTHER DAY.
You want to actually be there for your life. To be present with your kids without half of your brain running through what needs to happen next. You want to feel close to your husband again, make decisions without second-guessing yourself, and take time for yourself without feeling guilty about it.
More than anything, you want to feel passionate, happy, and like yourself again.

Imagine waking up before the rest of the house because you actually want that time with yourself.
Imagine moving through your day without constantly feeling like you're behind.
Imagine asking your child a question and actually being present enough to hear the answer.
Imagine taking an afternoon for yourself without spending the rest of the day trying to make up for it.
Imagine someone else's bad mood no longer becoming your bad day.
Imagine having the conversation you've been avoiding with your husband and discovering that honesty brings you closer.
Imagine knowing what's a yes, what's a no, and trusting yourself enough to honor both.
Imagine your kids saying, “Mom, you seem happier.”
Imagine feeling creative again, curious again, and most importantly, connected to God again.

THE SHIFT:

What if the problem isn't your schedule, your discipline, your marriage, or your ability to follow through? What if you've been trying to change what you're doing without understanding what's driving you to do it in the first place?
The overthinking. The need to keep everyone happy. The guilt when you slow down. The pressure you put on yourself. The way someone else's mood can change yours. The voice in your head that says you should be doing more, even when you're already doing too much.
Those patterns didn't come out of nowhere.
And until you can see what's actually driving them, it's incredibly easy to keep changing the circumstances of your life while eventually finding yourself right back in the same place.

For most of my life, if something wasn't working, I knew what to do. I would learn more, work harder, make a plan, and figure it out. And honestly, that worked for me for a really long time.
By the time I became a mother, I had spent years studying health and personal development. I had certifications, had built a successful coaching career helping other women change their lives, and had even healed things in my own body that I had once been told I would simply have to live with. I had a lot of evidence that if I learned enough and worked hard enough, I could figure almost anything out.
Then I became a mother, and for the first time in my life, I couldn't.
The birth of my first son didn't go the way I'd imagined, and what followed was postpartum anxiety, depression, and a version of myself I barely recognized. I loved my children. I loved my husband. I remember looking at the life I had worked so hard to create and thinking, I have everything I said I wanted. Why don't I feel happier?
That was one of the hardest parts. I was so grateful for my life, which made it even harder to understand why I didn't feel like myself inside of it.
So I did what I had always done when something wasn't working. I tried to figure it out. I read more, learned more, worked on myself, and tried to be more disciplined, more positive, more grateful, more in control. I kept believing there had to be something I was missing, and if I could just find it, I could fix this too.
Except this time, trying harder wasn't working.

Not “What else do I need to learn?”

But “What if I’m looking in the wrong place?”

As I began to understand what was actually driving me, I could finally start changing the patterns instead of spending all of my energy managing the symptoms of them. I learned to hear myself again, trust what I knew, and say the things I had spent years being too afraid to say.
Little by little, I started showing up differently everywhere. My marriage got better. I became more present and patient with my kids, stopped carrying so much anxiety in my body, made decisions I had been afraid to make, and started creating work and a life that actually felt like me. Things weren't perfect, but everything was better.
And somewhere in that process, I learned to have my own back. I stopped abandoning myself the moment someone else was disappointed and learned to look in the mirror and genuinely love the woman looking back at me, not because she had finally gotten everything right, but because I had learned to love and accept her exactly where she was.
I became my own best friend.
From that place, my inner reality began to change too. I discovered a kind of happiness that wasn't dependent on everyone else being happy, everything going according to plan, or my life looking a certain way.
This is what I came to know as soul-level happiness.

“I stopped trying to become someone I admired… and became someone I genuinely loved being.”
“I stopped trying to become someone I admired… and became someone I genuinely loved being.”
How I help soulfully ambitious women go from survival to thrival
Becoming Her is the 10-week process I wish I'd had when I was trying so hard to figure myself out.
You'll learn to understand and change the patterns driving how you think, feel, react, communicate, and make decisions, so you can finally turn everything you already know into the way you actually live. We work beyond behavior, at the level of your beliefs, nervous system, and energy, where lasting transformation becomes possible.
Because when you can see it, you can heal it.

01
Understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
Learn to regulate your nervous system, recognize your body’s cues, and finally work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.

02
Finally understand why your mind keeps pulling you into anxiety, overthinking, and worst-case scenarios.
Create new thought patterns that give you space between your thoughts and your reactions so you can respond with intention instead of autopilot and experience greater emotional freedom.

03
Remember what matters most
Connect with your values, your purpose, and what truly matters to you so your decisions begin reflecting your deepest convictions instead of everyone else’s expectations, opinions, or definition of success.

04
BECOME THE WOMAN WHO HAS HER OWN BACK.
Learn to trust yourself again, use your voice, and make choices that reflect what you actually want, so you can create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

You've Already Done The Work
You've probably already done a lot of work on yourself. Maybe you've been to therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, changed your diet, worked on your marriage, learned about your nervous system, hired support, started meditating, or finally gotten serious about taking care of yourself.
And some of it probably helped. Maybe a lot.
You understand yourself better than you used to, and you can probably even recognize some of your patterns while they're happening.
And yet, when life gets hard, you still find yourself falling back into them.
You still overthink the conversation, lose your patience with your kids, take on someone else's mood, or say yes when you really want to say no. Sometimes you know exactly what you should do and find yourself wondering why, with everything you know, you still can't seem to actually do it.
Because understanding yourself and actually changing the way you experience your life are two very different things.
That's the gap we close inside Becoming Her.
OVER 10 WEEKS

Eight modules that walk you step-by-step through all four pillars: Love Your Body, Train Your Mind, Feed Your Soul, and Live From the Inside Out.
You'll learn what is actually driving your patterns, habits, and beliefs and will learn practical tools to apply to your real life, immediately, so this doesn't become another thing you learned but never actually applied.

Every framework from the entire system, organized in one place you keep and return to for the rest of your life, long after week 10 ends.

This is the deepest part of the Soul pillar, values, character, purpose, done alongside the other women in your cohort, not alone. It's one of the places the community becomes real, not just a bonus on top of it.

For this cohort, that support is with me, personally. When something comes up mid-week, you're not waiting for a scheduled call to talk it through.

You're never doing this alone, and you never miss one even on the weeks you can't make it live.

“A bond with other women that I feel SO comfortable working through some of my deepest and my challenging life moments with. I've always been a guarded person... and now I feel less alone in the world knowing that, while my challenges are still mine to solve, I have a tribe to help support me and hold me accountable.”

Show up fully for two weeks, all in, doing the work, and if you're not seeing real forward momentum, you get your money back.
This isn't a no-strings-attached guarantee. It's a mutual one: you commit, and I stand behind what happens when you do.

During your Wisdom Call, we'll explore where you are, where you want to go, and what kind of support will actually help you get there. We'll also walk through the investment together and create a plan that feels aligned with your goals and your season of life.
For the next ten weeks, you will receive personalized coaching and fully invested support every step of the way, all while learning alongside an extraordinary group of women. We're fully invested in your transformation.
At the end of our conversation, we'll simply discern together whether Becoming Her is your next right step. Because the question isn't whether change is coming. It is. The question is whether you'll evolve with it... or keep repeating a life you've already outgrown.

You've invested in yourself before. Therapy, books, podcasts, maybe even coaching. You learned a lot... but when life gets hard, you still find yourself falling back into the same patterns.
You've built a beautiful life, but somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling fully alive inside it.
You're done talking about the woman you want to become. You're ready to become her.
You're tired of learning more and ready to start living differently.
You're looking for transformation that reaches deeper because you've discovered that insight alone isn't enough.
You already know exactly who you want to become and you're not interested in discovering anything new about yourself.
You're looking for someone to fix your life without asking you to participate in changing it.
You'd rather stay comfortable than be lovingly challenged.
You're waiting until life finally slows down before you choose yourself.
You're waiting for the perfect time. Because in my experience, that time rarely arrives on its own.
If you found yourself nodding as you read this, your next step is simple.

Not only your peace and your energy, but the way you show up in your relationships, your work, your children, and the one precious life you've been given.
If this season feels like a dark night of the soul, don't rush it. Every metamorphosis requires a season of shedding before something new can emerge.
Maybe you're not having an identity crisis.
Maybe you're in the middle of a metamorphosis.
Now consider the desires of your heart. What if they're there for a reason? What if they're inviting you into the next evolution of your life?
If something inside of you is saying, I'm ready, don't ignore it.

But...
Absolutely. Imagine a home with less friction, easier communication, fewer reactive patterns, and your children watching two parents who keep choosing to evolve, not repeat.
The work you do here doesn't stop with you. It ripples into your marriage, your home, and the legacy you're building for your family.
The women inside Becoming Her have come from law, medicine, corporate, entrepreneurship, full-time motherhood, doctoral programs, burnout, grief, and seasons of feeling completely disconnected from themselves. They all could have easily had stories about why it wouldn't work for them, especially after other programs or choices that hadn't worked. What separated them was their willingness to go all in, not their circumstances.
That's why there's a 14-day money-back guarantee: fully engage, and if you genuinely don't believe it's helping, I'll refund your investment.
Becoming Her was designed for women whose lives are already full. It reorganizes what's already on your plate, so that you can move through your days with more ease and intention.
Whether or not you realize that, your children are learning from your example. Let this be your number one motivator to evolve and stop repeating. Every year you wait is another year of the same patterns. If not now, when?
Yes! You can pay in full for $3,777 and save, split it into a 3-month payment plan at $1,377/mo, or use Affirm at checkout to break it into smaller payments over time.
Many women who have come through our doors have had their companies pay for part or all of their Becoming Her experience. Typically business units or HR departments have development budgets they need to spend. Ask your manager or HR person what’s possible for you! If you are self-employed, consider talking to your accountant about whether this investment could be considered a tax write-off.
ONE MORE REAL THING
Not one defined by the status quo, but by the unique gifts, strengths, and desires that were placed within you. A life that feels deeply authentic. Deeply aligned. Fully yours.
ONE MORE REAL THING
Not one defined by the status quo, but by the unique gifts, strengths, and desires that were placed within you. A life that feels deeply authentic. Deeply aligned. Fully yours.

They're here to shape you, grow you, and help you evolve into the woman you are fully capable of becoming.
Every year we repeat the same patterns, we lose something we can never get back: time. And the longer we stay stuck in self-doubt, guilt, and blame, the more we forget who we really are.
One final thought...
Your children are learning what's possible by watching you. If we want them to live extraordinary lives, they need to see what one looks like.
It starts with us.
I'd be honored to walk beside you.

You've read this far because some part of you already knows you're ready for something to change. Not later and not once things calm down. Now.
You don't need another sign. You don't need to feel 100% certain before you take the next step, you just need to decide.
