CIARA BURTON, LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.ciaraburton.com (“Site”) and any content, services, coaching, programs, retreats, workshops, or resources provided by Ciara Burton, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this Site or any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or participating in our offerings.
1. GENERAL USE
This Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Site, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site or any part of our services at any time, without notice or liability.

3. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & LATE FEES
All purchases for coaching, retreats, or digital programs are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Payment plans must be completed as agreed. A $50 late fee may be assessed after a 3-day grace period, plus 1% of the project balance per day. Balances delinquent beyond 30 days may be referred to collections, with legal and administrative fees added.
4. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
A. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
Our services—including retreats, coaching, and courses—are educational and experiential in nature. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide professional medical, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. For those needs, please consult a licensed provider.
B. No Guarantees of Results
We share stories of transformation, but we do not promise specific results. Your outcomes depend on your level of commitment, inner readiness, and personal circumstances.
By participating in our services, you take full responsibility for your own decisions and results.
C. Voluntary Participation
You understand and agree that participation in any program, session, or retreat is entirely voluntary. You may opt out of any activity at any time.
D. Spiritual & Energetic Tools
Our services may include breathwork, visualization, somatic practices, or spiritual conversation. These are intended to support your personal growth, not to replace your religious beliefs or health care. Your discernment and sovereignty are always honored.
5. EMAILS, COMMUNICATION, AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you opt in to receive emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email. You understand that opting out of emails may limit access to some program materials or communication.
If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content, you grant us the right to use, edit, and share that material (in whole or part) for business and marketing purposes. You agree not to submit anything harmful, defamatory, or illegal.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
We may share links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or user experiences. You are encouraged to review their terms before using those services.
We may also use affiliate links. If you purchase through one, we may earn a small commission, at no additional cost to you.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer constitute the full agreement between you and Ciara Burton, LLC regarding your use of the Site and services.
